  • What modifications can you make to the shipping containers to ensure they meet our specific needs and comply with local building codes?

    If you are going to be seeking permitting, we are able to build all of our container units according to IBC (International Building Code.) 


    We are also able to do structural modifications, such as reinforcing doors and windows, joining containers together, and stacking containers. 


    We frequently add insulation, wiring, interior finishes, security features, plumbing, exterior modifications, and other specific customizations according to our clients' needs. 

  • How long does it take to complete a typical shipping container office build, and what is your process?

    While the timeline depends on the complexity of the process, here's a general overview of how it works:

    • Initial Consultation & Design (1 - 3 weeks)
    • Modifications and Fabrications (4 - 8 weeks)
    • Quality Control & Inspection (1 week)
    • Delivery & Installation (1 - 2 weeks)

    Generally, a simple office build can be completed in as little as 4 to 6 weeks, while complex projects can take up to 3 to 4 months. 

  • What are the cost advantages of using shipping containers compared to traditional construction for temporary office space?

    As mentioned earlier, the shorter construction timeline translates to lower labor costs. Because much of the fabrication happens in a controlled workshop environment, it requires less on-site labor, and ultimately makes building more affordable.
